Our Unique Killer Use Cases

In addition to mainstream AI applications, we have designed innovative and highly impactful use cases that leverage the unique capabilities of our decentralized network, which we believe will be our killer use cases. Given the limited internal capacity, we will collaborate with our ecosystem partners to deliver these services efficiently and at scale.

Capsule Connect

Capsule Connect is a decentralized hotspot sharing service that incentivizes users to share their internet connections via hotspots in exchange for network tokens. Users who contribute their hotspot services act as micro-infrastructure providers and are rewarded with tokens proportional to the amount of data shared and the duration of availability.

The mechanism operates on a dual-incentive model:

  1. Token Rewards: When a user shares their hotspot, the system issues tokens as compensation for the data usage provided. The amount of tokens allocated is based on predefined network rates, adjusted dynamically depending on demand and network availability.

  2. Ad-Supported Revenue Model (IAA): Consumers of the hotspot service are required to view advertisements before gaining access to the shared connection. This "In-App Advertisement" (IAA) model generates revenue, which is used to offset the token issuance cost. Essentially, the revenue from ads covers the liability of token rewards given to the hotspot provider, making the model self-sustaining and profitable.

This creates a cyclical economy where users are incentivized to share network resources, and advertisers fund the infrastructure through targeted ad placements.

Capsule Ring

Capsule Ring is an NFC-integrated smart ring designed to enable users to seamlessly convert network tokens into fiat currency and use them for everyday transactions. The ring integrates with global payment systems such as VISA and Mastercard, allowing token holders to make payments at any point-of-sale (POS) terminal that accepts these payment methods.

The core functionality of Capsule Ring is built on a real-time exchange mechanism:

  1. Token-to-Fiat Conversion: When a user initiates a payment with the Capsule Ring, the tokens in their account are instantly converted to the equivalent fiat currency at the current exchange rate. This conversion is executed through an integrated payment gateway that links decentralized token wallets to traditional financial systems.

  2. Payment Authorization: After conversion, the payment is processed through established global payment networks (VISA, Mastercard, etc.), ensuring widespread acceptance and seamless integration with existing financial infrastructure. This allows users to spend their tokens like traditional currency, without the need for manual conversion or intermediary steps.

By bridging the gap between decentralized currencies and mainstream financial systems, Capsule Ring offers a convenient, secure, and widely accepted method of spending tokens in everyday life.

Capsule Receipt

Capsule Receipt is an innovative product that allows you to take a photo of your receipts and earn tokens by contributing to a larger dataset. Our network will process these receipt images using OCR, remove sensible information, generate insights into shopping behavior (By utilizing GPT, Named Entity Recognition, etc.) and sell aggregated insights to businesses, researchers and analysts.

These use cases are designed to expand the reach and utility of our decentralized network, offering practical applications for both contributors and consumers within the ecosystem.
